Attention Clean Cities Members,
Columbia-Willamette Clean Cities is partnered with the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality to solicit fleet interest for a statewide grant application to the US EPA’s Clean Heavy-Duty Vehicle (CHDV) program, now open.
If you are an Oregon-based fleet, we want to include your project in our statewide application.
For Washington-based fleets, please refer to our www.wwcleancities.org website for guidance on participating in our Puget Sound Region-wide application and plans for a statewide application.
Funding Amounts and Eligible Vehicles:
Funds are designed to help fleets replace old Class 6 and Class 7 vocational vehicles and school buses with new, all-electric vehicles, chargers and supporting infrastructure. This is a scrap and replace grant program. Please note that Vocational fleets must replace a minimum of three (3) vehicles and School Bus fleets must replace a minimum of ten (10) vehicles to participate.

How to Participate:
If you are interested in applying, please email michael@nwcleancities.org and spencer@nwcleancities.org to submit your project for inclusion in our application. We will reach out to coordinate with you on completing the above documents necessary to add your project in our application.
